**Trainer Facilitator - Dyfed**

**Location**: Aberystwyth, Cardigan, Haverfordwest and Llanelli

**Hours**:37hours per week.

**Salary**: Fixed point of £23,500 per annum.

Barod are looking to recruit a Trainer Facilitator to join the Cyfle Cymru,Out of Work Peer Mentoring Service. The post holder will develop and deliver a range of training and workshop sessions (on and offsite) to participants, related to substance misuse and mental health to include confidence building, lifestyle planning, relapse prevention and to promote independent living. The post holder will also support service users with issues relating to substance use and/or mental health. The post holder will develop a 3-month rolling training schedule for participants. The post holder will also assist in the development and support of the Out of work Service. The post holder will prepare, coordinate and evaluate training needs for the Out of Work service staff members and promoting the academy. The post holder will work with external training providers to organize relevant training.
