Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Supervise and coordinate with subcontractors when necessary
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used

Qualifications:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair work
- Ability to supervise and coordinate with subcontractors
- Proficient in welding techniques and fabrication of metal components
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with electrical systems and troubleshooting procedures
- Leadership skills to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
