**Person Specification** Qualification**:

- Educated to A-Level standard with relevant work experience

**Experience, Knowledge and Skills**:

- Fluency in the Welsh language at a high standard.
- Excellent communication skills in Welsh and English with the ability to convey ideas concisely and effectively to a range of audiences through different media.
- Demonstrable delivery of excellence in customer service - a professional telephone manner is essential
- Experience of assisting with the delivery of marketing activities including high-quality digital content
- Highly self-driven with strong organisational skills, responsible for overseeing and improving office processes (with training provision)
- Ability to work under pressure retaining exceptional attention to detail, multitask and meet deadlines
- Good team spirit and a commitment to working with others

**The Welsh Language**:
Level 3 Skills - 'fluent' will be required
