Office Administrator

**Duties**:

- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents using Microsoft Sharepoint
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Manage quotes / estimates
- Assist with data entry tasks for the registration of boiler installations
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bath, BA2 9AP
