Live in Carer

A female live in carer is required for a lovely lady in Towcester, which is in Northampton.

J has been struggling to cope with daily living activities with her recent Emphysema diagnosis and impaired hearing. Her son lives nearby and helps where he can but cannot be with J all day every day. Part of the role includes supporting M with personal care, especially to shower and wash her hair, daily living activities, assisting her to maintaining her basic care needs to a high standard. The carer will be required to assist with daily living tasks, whilst promoting independent living.

Not a heavy workload, it's mainly companionship so if you're a chatty person it would help

A full enhanced DBS is required

This is an ongoing position. You'll do two weeks on shift and two weeks off. There are additional opportunities available in the gaps if you'd like. You'll be paid on a weekly basis every Monday.

Driver not essential. You get your own room and bathroom.
