We are looking for an experienced commercial cleaner to join our friendly team cleaning welfare and office facilities at our client site in Colchester.

**Hours** - a total of 10 hours per week
**Times** - 4-6pm each day
**Days** - Monday - Friday each week
Additional hours available for cover for other team members

**Pay rate** - £12 p/hour - PAYE, paid monthly, accrued holiday

**General duties include**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise toilets
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and high-traffic areas
- Follow cleaning procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
- Track supplies needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
