Crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering high quality care homes.

The Royal Care Home are recruiting for experienced chef/cook to work in our busy kitchen.
- Have the ability to work alongside a dynamic staff team in a warm and inviting atmosphere,
- Be able to multi-task, liaise and drive forward activity on site,
- Be able to act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability to make the correct decisions on a daily basis.

As a Cook you will possess at least 1 years work experience in a similar environment.

Prefer care home experience or as cook within schools or working within hotel industry.

**Qualifications **minimum NVQ Level 2 in catering ideally working towards Level 3, experience in working within Care Homes Schools and Hotels/Guest Houses.

You must be flexible, capable or working under pressure and able to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Accurately follow instructions in a timely manner
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems **Have a positive 'can do' attitude**:

- Be focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
- Be highly motivated to deliver the highest standards of health and social care
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Have experience of working within CQC and Health and Safety Guidelines
- Have knowledge of Data Protection
- Enhanced DBS will be required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 3 x 10 hour shifts per week. 6am to 4.45pm with the flexibility to do additional shifts to cover holidays and sickness.
- 10 hour shift

- Doncaster, DN11 0SN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
