**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate tractors and other farm machinery to perform various agricultural tasks, such as ploughing, planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Follow instructions and adhere to established procedures for safe and efficient tractor operation.
- Perform routine maintenance on tractors and equipment, such as checking fluid levels, lubricating moving parts, and cleaning machinery.
- Assist with general farm maintenance tasks, including fence repair, irrigation system maintenance, and building maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices at all times.
- Communicate effectively with managers and other team members to coordinate work activities and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked, tasks completed, and equipment maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tractor operation, preferably in an agricultural setting.
- Knowledge of tractor maintenance and repair techniques.
- Ability to operate various types of farm machinery safely and effectively.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring heavy lifting and long hours of outdoor work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
