Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping operations at our hotel. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. This role requires excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise the housekeeping staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of guest requests and maintenance needs
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff by enforcing safety guidelines and procedures
- Handle guest complaints or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any repairs or maintenance issues in guest rooms or public areas
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is required
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and sanitation standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of hotel management software
