- Examining and agreeing on terms and conditions of contracts to guarantee advantageous terms for the company.
- Overseeing the entire contract process, including creating RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs and assessing proposals.
- Keeping track of and reporting on contract execution and compliance.
- Communicating with internal parties to ensure contracts are consistent with company policies.
- Identifying potential contract hazards and taking steps to mitigate them.
- Settling and resolving conflicts with suppliers or partners.
- Managing relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure the company is getting the best possible deal.
- Analysing the requirements, duties, and obligations of the company under contracts to ensure they align with the company's goals and industry regulations.
- Overseeing contract execution to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Investigating potential business partners and their background before drafting or signing contracts.
- Checking on the implementation and performance of signed contracts.
- Acting as the main point of contact for commercial matters between the company, its employees, vendors, and contractors

- CIS part or fully qualified
- Telecom or Utilities experience
- Working knowledge of contract laws and corporate policies.
