**EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW**
We have an exciting opportunity to work within our customer operations department and become part of our Administration and Technical Support team. As part of this role you will predominantly be providing technical support to our customers, infrastructure team and regulators. **Please note this position is part time (up to 30 hours per week).**
You’ll be involved in several daily activities such as, ensuring accurate payment is made to our contactors, working complaints, recharges, and insurance claims. So, every day you will be able to expand your skill set more and more.
Plus, as part of this team you’ll not only get to utilise your excel and IT skills, but you’ll also be able to take leadership of your work, to ensure you’re meeting deadlines and managing your work load independently. A rewarding role all around.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE**
Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:
- You’ll be providing all types of support to our colleagues to make sure that targets are met, such as, operational or purchasing technical support to field, management and planning teams.
- You’ll be a continuous Improvement champion and will aid in the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures.
- You will perform several administrative and support tasks as well as prioritising workload to deliver for our stakeholders and customers, ensuring SAP data is accurate by making sure that work is booked with the correct time booking, materials and other requirements.
- You’ll need to manage and monitor inboxes and work bench queues in order to meet our internal and external SLAs
