**Outwood Grange Academies Trust, one of the largest multi academy trusts in England, is seeking to appoint an exceptional professional to join the Senior Leadership Team at Outwood Academy Valley by providing an outstanding level of education; putting students first, raising standards and transforming lives.

Outwood Academy Valley offers a truly comprehensive education, serving a vibrant community with 1500 students aged 11 to 16. The academy also shares a Post 16 Centre with Outwood Academy Portland. The Post 16 Centre is just a two minute walk from the school.

Outwood Academy Valley is one of ten secondary schools in the Trust’s southern region; the schools span a close geographical cluster that work collaboratively on all aspects of school improvement. Working together, we ensure the best possible educational experience for our young people, equipping them to impact positively on the broader community.

This role involves supporting the Principal to lead an exceptionally talented and committed team of staff, having a relentless focus on the quality of teaching and learning, ensuring every lesson delivers the highest standard of education and inspiring learners to develop a passion for knowledge and a love of learning. You will need the skills to motivate and enthuse, coupled with the ability to model and coach at every level.
