A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate **Housekeeping Trainer **to join the **Housekeeping **team at The Berkeley.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:
As a** Housekeeping Trainer**, you will assist the Director of Housekeeping and Assistant Director of Housekeeping in training of the Housekeeping Department.

Main responsibilities of the **Housekeeping Trainer **include, but are not limited to:

- To train all Housekeeping employees up to The Berkeley, Forbes and LQA Standards.
- To Liaise with senior housekeeper and create individual training plans.
- Update the training database.
- Liaise with The Hotel Learning & Development Manager and Senior housekeeper about any departmental training needs.
- Keep departmental training records up to date.
- Evaluate training and follow up training.
