Royal Mail Delivery - Melrose
We have various postal delivery driving contracts available with Royal Mail.
Melrose delivery office are looking for postal workers to work approx. 25 hours per week working 5 days out of 6. (This will include Saturday's). The hours of work may vary but an example would be 5 days from 11.00am to 16.00pm.
Pay is £13.37 per hour for Monday -Saturdays and £14.49 per hour for Sundays.
**Duration**: This contract is to start ASAP and is ongoing.
**Location**: You would start and end your day at the depot in Melrose.
You must be able to travel to and from the depot you are allocated to.
**The role**: As a postal delivery worker you will be customer facing, delivering to a mix of business and residential addresses. You may need access to a van for more remote areas so a valid driver's licence with no more than 6 points is essential for this role.
This role does require a DBS check (criminality history for the last 5 years), if you are successful with the role you must be happy to complete this check.
