Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
- Perform general office administrative duties
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed
- Organise and schedule appointments
- Computerise documents and reports
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in Google Suite, QuickBooks, and MS Office
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and at a reasonable speed
- Solid understanding of data entry principles
