We are looking for an experienced Energy professional who is keen to progress a career within the Energy Management Industry. You will be able to demonstrate a passion for Customer Service and will have a solid understanding of Energy Management, Project Management and Business Processes.

**Location**:Hybrid home and office based (Milton Keynes)

**Salary**:£34,000-£38,000 per annum

**Energy Management Executive Responsibilities**:
As an Energy Management Executive, you will support our Customers as the principal contact and account manager, providing insight to customers, highlighting energy consumption, cost, trends and potential savings. Working with our customers you will be responsible for the energy management working with other teams to ensure a high-quality service. Key responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer relationships in line with customer service plan
- Conducting regular performance reviews to ensure service delivery SLAs are met
- Managing on-boarding of new customers
- Providing energy portfolio analysis and review, to ensure that customer’s portfolios and supplier information is appropriately maintained and configured
