I am working with one of NIs leading specialist contractors who due to continued success are seeking for a Construction Planner to join their successful team on a permanent full-time basis.

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate project documentation,
- Assist the estimating department on project bids
- Produce resource histograms related to capacity planning/labour requirements/cash flow forecasts
- Carry out what IF scenarios to forecast risks/opportunities Work with the project team to develop project programmes
- Produce marked up drawings
- Prepare detailed project timelines
- Conduct thorough analysis of project requirements
- Monitor project progress with as built programmes
- Other adhoc duties

**About you**
- +2 years construction planning experience
- Proficient Project Planning software
