The main duties are to provide a high-quality gutter maintenance and cleaning service for the Association.

To support the Greatwell Works team in delivering the Associations corporate objectives and provide a customer focused service.

You will undertake a wide range of duties including but not limited to low level and high-level gutter clearance, roof line maintenance and servicing.

Identifying and escalating maintenance issues that could lead to further issues without preventative measures being put in place.

Commitment to delivering high quality customer services is critical in this role.
