Salary - Up to £28,000 per annum

Hours Per Week - 37.5

We're currently hiring for a Team Coordinator to join our busy Actuarial Pricing department, to play a vital role in improving the overall efficiency and successful operation of the department.

The role is full time and initially a 6-month fixed term contract, with a view to being made permanent. We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days a week based in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol and 3 days a week working from home.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to a team of 5.
- Organise meetings, liaising with team members and other stakeholders at all levels.
- Coordinate diaries using Microsoft Outlook.
- Organise travel arrangements and hotel bookings and manage expenses.
- Assist with welcoming and onboarding new starters to the team.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Ability to prioritise and multi-task where necessary.
- Strong time keeping and organisational skills.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- IT skills - excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
