My client is recruiting for a Childrens Residential Service Colwyn Bay, Wales.

They require

Team Leader or Senior Team Leader £13.75 - £14.75 Per Hour plus £60.00 Per Sleep.

a RSW or Senior RSW £12.75 - £13.25 Per Hour plus £60.00 Per Sleep.

They are also disucssing a Mid Year increase on pay rates.

To undertake a lead role in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement. To give guidance and support to all Residential Workers.

To raise any concerns with the Registered Manager as appropriate

All young people are equally entitled to have their needs met in a fair and balanced way. Ideally, you will have some experience of caring for young people with emotional difficulties or challenging behaviours, however, what we are essentially looking for is someone with a genuine desire to develop and progress a career in this sector with us.
- Level 3 Children and Young People workforce or equivalent **(Essential)**:

- Experience of working with challenging children in a residential setting
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a dedicated team. **(Essential)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Upwards of £35,000.00.
