**The Role**:
As the HSE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's manufacturing processes adhere to the highest health, safety, and environmental standards. Your expertise will be essential in creating a safe workplace culture and maintaining regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement effective HSE policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and provide solutions.
- Promote a safety-first culture through training, coaching, and promoting best practices.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant HSE regulations and industry standards.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, recommending preventive measures to avoid recurrence.
- Generate informative reports on HSE performance for management review.
- Implement and drive ISO 14001 & 45001

**Desired Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven experience as an HSE Advisor within the building product manufacturing sector.
- Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset to assess data and recommend improvements in HSE performance.
- NEBOSH qualified
- Up to £40,000
