Trainee Valuer/property Lister

Due to continued expansion, we are looking to further strengthen our market leading brand by recruiting an ambitious and highly proactive Trainee Valuer/Property Lister.

**The Role**

The position will be predominantly based on the road, where you will be meeting with our valued clients in their homes to carry out all aspects of the photography and marketing details post-valuation.
A keen eye for attention to detail is a pre-requisite and should be implemented in all aspects of your work.
The position includes but is not limited to; taking photographs, recording video tours, operating drone equipment, dictating the internal accommodation, measuring room sizes, and transferring files to admin for uploading to the property portals.
You can expect to gain a wealth of experience in this role by being afforded the opportunity to engage with our customers and demonstrate a high level of customer service, alongside extensive training in order to operate the high value equipment used within the day-to-day duties involved in the role.
You will have a structured diary of appointments to attend Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm which will be overseen by management.

**The Person**

Whilst you are representing Peter Heron, we would expect you to be willing to go the extra mile and present yourself in a professional, confident and approachable manner.
A sound knowledge of the Sunderland area is a highly desirable attribute.
We would expect the person to be commercially aware and have a specific interest in the property market.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and general IT skills are essential.
You must have a Full UK driving license and access to your own car.
