**I.T. Officer**
Reporting to the Director of Shared Services.
**Duties include**:
- Office 365 administrator
- Ticket desk management
- SQL Database administration
- Antivirus implementation
- VOIP management
- Office 365 product support (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc )
- Reporting using analytical tools like SQL Report Builder, Microsoft PowerBI, ZOHO analytics)
- Asset Management
- DNS configuration
- Provide 1st, 2nd line support for approximately 65 users locally and remotely
- Printer management
- cPanel / Plesk
Working as part of a small flexible team, the IT Officer role supports the provision of
technology across the Company through the management of systems and provision of support to a wide user base. Working well as part of the team is as critical as is knowledge of the systems.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience working on Active directly and Domain controllers
- Experience implementing Networks/VPN
- Ability to write in T-SQL
- The ability to create SharePoint sites and manage security
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL (Certified would be an advantage)
- Ability to manage cloud-based desktops through VMware
- Ability to work with 3rd party service providers
- A degree in a computer-related field like Networking or forensics
- 3+ years of experience as an IT technician/Officer
Salary £32,500 - £37,500 depending on skills and experience.
