We’re looking for a Homeless Hospital Advocate to join our Temporary Accommodation team to help ensure that no one leaves hospital homeless or without a suitable place to live

This is a varied and challenging role, working closely with health, substance misuse services, social care and housing providers, to offer practical support and advice to patients with accommodation issues, with the aim of achieving smooth discharge arrangements

In this rewarding role you will build strong working relationships with key partner agencies to promote the service across all relevant hospital teams. You will have the opportunity to work alongside and support a diverse range of customers, assisting them into accommodation and supporting them around health and housing related needs

This role is on Skylight terms and conditions.
