A great new role for a Trainee Scaffolder has come in for a reputable and growing company based in St Neots, to train to become a Scaffolder. You will also be trained in various other tasks which also involve working at different heights.

**What will the right person look like?**

The ideal Trainee Scaffolder will have a CSCS card, great customer service skills, be physically fit, an early starter each day, and have a head for heights

**What will you be doing?**
- Training to be a fully qualified Scaffolder carrying out jobs all over the UK
- Carrying heavy equipment
- Learning to use various tools
- Assisting experienced colleagues
- Meeting customers and being polite and friendly

**Hours/Salary/Benefits**

The Trainee Scaffolder will meet the team in St Neots at 5.00am Monday to Friday to travel in a Van to the job. Finish times vary depending on the job (usually around 4.00pm). It's about an 8 hour working day (the rest of the time you are traveling in a Van).

For jobs located far away, you will be required to stay overnight (all expenses paid by the company).

As a Trainee, the starting salary is between £24,000 and £26,000 depending on experience. Uniform and PPE will be provided. Overtime required including some weekends.

**Once fully qualified, you can earn up to £40,000 per year**
