Bitumen Sprayer Driver

The role offers a range of shift working hours, some days but mainly nightshifts and weekend work with works. You will be based in Royston and the works carried out nationwide.

**Daily Duties**:

- Operating a bitumen tar sprayer.
- Ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure jobs completed to customer satisfaction.
- All drivers’ duties including reporting any defects or issues to manager during your daily vehicle checks.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as a Bitumen Sprayer Operative or similar role such as Sprayer Driver, Spray Tanker or Tanker Driver.
- Knowledge of bitumen spraying equipment and techniques.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Additionally, any certifications or qualifications related to road surfacing or construction would be beneficial.
- HGV Class 2, Full DCPC and CSCS card required.
- Training given.
