Based at their Chertsey site, the client is flexible on working hours and will be offering hybrid working once training has been completed

Working within the HR department, the events administrator is responsible for planning and implementing Certified International Forwarding training programs in the UK. The Events Specialist will undertake the logistics and decisions of any major events withinthe business, including employee recognition and recruitment events.
- Assisting with planning and executing the Certified International Forwarding training program including resourcing and scheduling.
- Administration of the implementation and monitoring of all training related activities in country as directed by Country Champion
- Managing communication with facilitators, learners, stakeholders and vendors
- Communicate with Country Champion on all feedback and updates as and when required
- Take responsibility for data management for all sessions across multiple platforms
- Assist Country Champion with standardising processes
- Manage all training module materials, keeping track of inventory and reordering when necessary.

Meeting deadlines will be one important aspect of this role; therefore, it is essential to have excellent time management and planning / organisational skills. You will be liaising with senior stakeholders so communication is key, you will also need to haveexcellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
