**About the role**:
We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join the team here at Peterborough
- Orton the site of Biscuit Crumbs and Granolas

Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager you will be working within a stable and dynamic team to ensure all customer orders leaving the warehouse are on time and in full. You will be liaising with warehouse, production, and quality teams within Kerry and with our hauliers and 3rd party warehouse externally daily.

The successful Supply Chain Coordinator will get to work on role specific projects which will help you work towards your career goals and provide solutions to any adversaries.

You will be based at Orton 5 days a week Monday
- Friday and there will be the requirement to cover our Bretton site on an ad-hoc basis.

**What will I be doing?**:

- Responsible for complying with Health and Safety policies and trained procedures
- Communicating with various hauliers and 3rd party Warehouses accurately to ensure orders are picked and collected on time to meet the customers delivery dates
- Ensure clear professional communication with the customer care function with reference to order status and transportation plans
- Ensure all UK and European outbound transportation is ordered in line with the business hauliers
- Create via SAP all despatch documentation for the warehouse in line with any customer or business requirements
- Support and manage Export documentation processes with the Kerry central Export team
- To cover general administrative duties, reception calls, signing for parcels and welcoming visitors
- Accurately manage business KPI weekly updates for OTIF, Customer Complaints, Transport Specials and Customer Responses
- To help support the Supply Chain Team with Customer rejections, and Customer order processing requirement amendments
- To support the Warehouse department to fulfil customer sample requests and booking DPD collections when required

**.**:

- To request haulier quotations for potential new business for Finance.
- To assist and carry out any supply chain related ad-hoc tasks at the business’s request.
- To be flexible between sites and gain knowledge to be able to cover the Supply Chain Coordinators role in Orton.
- To be able to help cover some of the ad-hoc Supply Chain tasks when the Material Call Off or site Planners are on holiday.
- Attending various site meetings.
