Job Introduction
DACBeachcroft is looking for a Marketing Operations Engagement Lead to join our MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience & Intelligence) team.

The Marketing Operations Engagement Lead will support the Senior Manager, MODEI in providing strategic guidance and a client focused approach to all Marketing Ops & technology related projects.

The role will provide strategic oversight and guidance across marketing technology platforms such as our Client Portal (Atlas), Intapp Oneplace and Introhive. The Marketing Ops Engagement Lead will support the evolution of our client portal product and provide a Clients & Markets strategic voice for projects and initiatives, working alongside various teams within the firm, as well as our trusted technology partners and agencies.

This role includes leadership responsibilities, providing line management to two direct reports and is part of the MODEI (Marketing Operations, Digital Experience and Intelligence) team, reporting to the Senior Manager - MODEI.

Main Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Manager, MODEI in the development of our marketing technology & projects roadmap together with supporting communications strategy
- Work with stakeholders to increase engagement and ROI of Marketing Platforms & Systems, working alongside other key departmental leads (BD, Bids, Marketing, Finance and IT).
- Provide recommendations for strategic development across our Marketing Platforms & Systems stack to improve efficiency and derive greater value
- Provide ongoing best practice consultancy with colleagues in Clients and Markets, Business Services and the wider business for marketing technology including our CRM (Intapp Oneplace ), Introhive and Client Portal solution (Atlas).
- Own the client portal product, working closely with the project team to ensure clients receive a best in class digital experience and governance is continuously developed and applied to ensure the effective management of the platform
- Leverage data to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement
- Champion best practices, and provide guidance to the firm on how best to utilise technology such as Intapp Oneplace, Introhive & Atlas.
- Establish strong working relationships with teams across the firm ensuring commercial, client engagement, data, and compliance aspects are considered.
- Own the ongoing relationship between our trusted technology partners and work with them to develop a roadmap of feature and enhancement deployments in line with release cycles.
- Manage Client Portal team ensuring requests and governance meetings are completed within a timely manner.
- Ensure data uploaded to our Platforms & Systems is in line with regulatory requirements and policies.
- Line manage direct reports, ensuring skills are nurtured and developed within the team and regular 1-2-1/review meetings are conducted.
- Develop in-house skills and capabilities by providing training and guidance to colleagues within Clients & Markets and the wider business.
- Handle confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.
- Proven experience implementing change strategies, technology projects or similar roles.
- Comfortable in dealing with change and managing stakeholders to effect change.
- Proven experience of analysing complex and sensitive information and strong ability to customise this for, and share with different stakeholders.
- Proven creative thinking ability and demonstrable problem solving evidence
- Strong organisational skills and a thorough understanding of project management principles, with experience executing projects from conception to production.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to engage appropriately with stakeholders of all levels, confident to make contact and liaise with colleagues in UK and international offices, with a strong ability to influence others, irrespective of seniority.
- Experience working with marketing/client relationship technology platforms, such as Intapp Oneplace, Introhive, and Atlas.
- Strong understanding of GDPR principles.
- Proven experience developing and refining processes to improve outputs.
- Experience of managing a team with leadership skills capable of providing guidance, direction and oversight of work.
- Ability to quality control own work and others work, a keen eye for the smallest of details.
- Proven ability to deal with external suppliers in an efficient, professional and effective manner, ensuring successful delivery of requirements.
- Experience of implementing best practice, process management and risk mitigation in achieving quality and consistency within an organisation.
