**Facilities Administrator**
**Salary**: £26,000
**Duration**: Permanent
**Location**: Borehamwood
**Hours**:
- Mon-Fri - 8.00am - 4.30pm or 9.00am - 5.00pm

- Highly reputable established property maintenance company with huge contracts across a large portfolio of commercial clients, dating back 20 years
- Fostering a family feel, positive open culture and a sense of community longevity is a theme across the team
**Purpose of the role**
- This is a demanding role, with lots of variety. Co-ordinating maintenance request across 5 sites organising maintenance team and managing each job end to end.
- Juggling multiple task, with a meticulous approach. to offer seamless service
**Duties**
- Log, arrange and orgaise works
- Scheduling and booking sub contractors
- Allocating remedial quoted works to subcontractors and ensuring the work is planned within the clients SLA and that Risk Assessments are received
- Updating client portals ensuring all documentation and customer approvals are attached to our system.
- Raising purchase orders for approved quotes.
