VAT Assistant

Greater London based progressive Accountancy Firm have been helping overseas companies, to establish their business in the UK and UK based companies to establish & expand their business overseas. We are looking to hire full time VAT Assistant to become part of the VAT team and after training lead the VAT department individually(full training will be provided).

THE ROLE

In this role, you will liaise with the clients.

Responsible for all VAT compliance matters

Prepare/Review VAT returns before filing

Monitoring the quality of the VAT return data and report to clients

Prepare management account from VAT return

Identify key issues and opportunities to continuously improve the VAT compliance processes

THE CANDIDATE

- Enthusiasm to learn.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Bachelor degree in finance or accounts or Part qualified ACCA or equivalent.
- Equivalent overseas qualification

WORKING HOURS
- Working hours are 35 hours per week in office

PACKAGE

Competitive Salary, dependent on qualifications and experience, starting from travel allowance to national minimum wage.
