Jackson Hogg is delighted to be partnering with out Cramlington based client in their search for 2 x CNC machinist to join them initially on a 6-month temporary contract.

Our client is a leading supplier and manufacturer of material handling equipment. The specialise in the design and development of bespoke components and attachment hire.

Roles and responsibilities:

- Operate and set CNC machines.
- Cut, drill, shape, and finish metal products.
- Follow engineering drawings.
- Assist fabrication staff as and when required.
- Maintain high level of health and safety.

Key details:

- Monday to Friday
- 0700 - 1430
- 1430 - 2200
- £27,000 basic
- 33% shift premium
- Potential of perm contract after 6 months

Experience required:

- CNC Miller experience essential
- Setting and operating CNC machines
- Experience with Mazak machines and Fanuc Controls

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £14.62-£19.44 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35.5 per week
