**Job Details**
Key tasks will include:
- Managing policy and planning across strategic improvements.
- Providing expert advice, challenge and guidance to services, partners and elected members.
- Monitoring and ensuring effective analysis of improvements and systems.
- Conducting policy reviews and developing options/recommendations for improvement.
- Leading management and improvement or council and partnership policy/standards.
- Analysing performance management information, data and metrics.

The team works on a hybrid basis - working from home, in the community and on a regular basis from Fife House and other Council buildings.
**The Person**
- Experience in strategic policy and planning techniques at a corporate/partnership level.
- Track record of relevant delivery and evidence of embedding successful improvement.
- Programme and project management experience working with a broad range of stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem solving skills using appropriate/relevant packages/technology.
- Ability to prepare, position and present effective and influential solutions and reports.
- Ability to present complex analytical information using digital and data tools.
