Retail Supervisor

- You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer a Supervisor as you’ll need to authorise age-related sales._

As a team Supervisor, you’ll help put our store's purpose into practice. You’ll connect people and causes in your local community, provide great service to our customers, and give coaching and support to our colleagues in-store. You will also need;
- The ability to strike a balance between leading the team and supporting on the shopfloor
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with all kinds of people
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Key Duties would include
- Take responsibility for opening & setting up the store.
- Working as part of the managerial team, motivating and encouraging the store staff.
- Customer service is paramount, delivering a friendly & approachable attitude.
- Accurately operate the EPOS system efficiently.
- Stock replenishment, ability to be able read the data and order stock accordingly.

- Enthusiastic and flexible with the ability to multi-task.
- Post Office experience welcomed, but not essential.
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build a quick and strong rapport with other individuals.

Other key attributes of the role are; strong organizational and problem solving skills and, a desire to learn, grow and develop your skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
