**Opportunity Profile**

A labourer plays a crucial role in supporting the implementation of sustainable energy solutions by contributing to the physical aspects of installation and maintenance tasks. Cenergist sites are typically focused on installing renewable heating systems, working with Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

**Key Tasks**
- Assisting in the installation and assembly of renewable heating systems.
- Carrying and transporting materials, equipment, and components needed for the installation or maintenance of heating systems.
- Collaborating with skilled technicians and professionals, such as plumbers or HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) specialists, to facilitate the overall installation process.
- Performing basic maintenance tasks including cleaning components, replacing filters, and ensuring that systems are functioning efficiently.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment, especially when dealing with electrical components or working at heights.
- Working as part of a team to achieve project goals and timelines, communicating effectively with other team members and supervisors.
- Participating in quality control measures to ensure that installations meet the required standards and regulations for renewable heating systems.
- Being adaptable to different site conditions and weather, as renewable heating installations may take place in various environments.

**About You**

To be considered for the role you will need to have.
- Previous Site experience in construction
- Experience with groundwork / skilled laboring is desirable.
- Relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation.
- Pro-active, self-motivated and knows when to seek guidance.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
- Must always remain professional whilst on site.
- Display the correct attitude and behaviour,
- Job knowledge and effective communication to build good working relationships,
- Establishing and maintaining communication channels throughout the Company.

This role is site based in the Camden, London area.
