**Learner Progression Advisor**

**1 x 7 hours / 38-week post**

We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Learner Progression Advisor to join our Student Services Team, based mainly at our Ludlow College. The successful applicant will work proactively across the campus to provide high quality impartial information, advice, guidance and career development opportunities to students. The post holder will work to develop relationships with current students, giving bespoke advice on the best options for their progression after college.

The successful applicant must possess the drive, energy and enthusiasm for such a pivotal role and have experience of delivering guidance to students both solo and in groups, as well as helping organise relevant external visitors.
