A fantastic role has become available for a Night Porter to join the Front of House department in this stunning hotel in Burnley.

The purpose of the Night Porter is to provide a friendly, efficient service and a lasting impression to all guests arriving and departing from the hotel and to assist in the efficient running of the Front of House Department, ensuring high standards and excellent customer service is delivered at all times keeping in line with company procedures.

**Duties include -**
- Security for building & guests.
- Setting up breakfast.
- In charge of setting up the function room for all events.
- Cleaning all areas according to the night porter shift sheet procedure.
- Taking Telephone Calls.
- Creating New Reservations.
- Follow the hotel's health and safety procedures
- Room Service.
- Serving Beverages.
- General Maintenance.
- Assist the Hotel Manager in day to day tasks.

What are we looking for? If you are passionate about customer service and delivering impeccable service this could be the position for you.

Hours of work from **10.50pm -7am**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: Up to £11.50 per hour
