Up to £44,000 dependent on experience

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, driven and organised Senior Lymphoedema Therapist to help implement and deliver an existing business plan. We would also love you to be innovative in helping us achieve our ambition of making Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital and Cancer Centre London the go to centre for Private Lymphoedema care in the UK. You will be part of a small team of Lymphoedema therapists with support from a wider team of healthcare professionals to help support your development and the provision of top class care for people with Lymphoedema and associated conditions. You will have the support of experienced healthcare managers to mentor and guide you with the process of developing the service. We need you to be an amazing clinican, who does not want to give up your patient contact, but also to enjoy service development, governance and encouraging and developing others.

**As a** Senior Lymphoedema Therapist, **you will be/have**:

- State registered Physiotherapist with CSP registration, or Registered General Nurse with NMC registration, or HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist with RCOT
- An expert practitioner in Lymphoedema care (minimum 3 years’ experience in a specialist setting).
- Specialist current Lymphoedema Therapy certification (Vodder, Casley-Smith, Földi or equivalent)
- A real passion/commitment to providing high quality Lymphoedema care and raising awareness amongst professionals of other disciplines Professional demeanour.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to work within a team
