**The Role**:
As our new Onboarding Coordinator you will ensure the FaultFinder, StockStar and future SaaS product clients receive the best in class customer experience and the smoothest possible transition between sales and customer success - offering a single point of contact solution to suit their needs. The Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for managing the client through the onboarding process, including an agreed period of Hypercare.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing and managing the client onboarding process, from the handover from sales to passing the client to the customer success manager (including any agreed hypercare period)
- To be a cross-departmental co-ordinator, working together with all relevant stakeholders and teams and co-ordinating tasks whist monitoring progress against the onboarding KPI’s and plans.
- Thoroughly check over any necessary documents before submission to the client.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and work as part of the Spares Business Unit taking on additional tasks as required, including various project work that supports the overall development of the department.
- Lead Onboarding Calls to co-ordinate tasks, bringing relevant Stakeholders into discussions where necessary. Escalate any issues to Fault Finder Product Owner.
- Draft, proofread and send out quotations, trial EULAs, EULAs and subscription agreements to clients, ensuring that they are signed and dated in an appropriate time period by all relevant parties.

**This is a hybrid-based role and you should be in commutable distance to our office in Chorley, Lancashire.**

**Skills and competencies**:

- Excellent Customer Service, with fantastic communication skills.
- Be able to work prioritise workload according to importance.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous account management experience is preferred but not essential.
- Computer literate with experience of either Microsoft or Google.
