**As a Warehouse Supervisor you will be responsible for**:
You will manage the on-site client team through the day to day running of the stores and deliver a high level of customer service within the customer’s site, that supports their manufacturing services operation and meets our contractual obligations.
- Continue to build and grow strong customer relationships through continuously improving the offer we provide, strong communication and accountability skills.
- Motivating & leading your team, whilst ensuring the ongoing development of individual team members
- Carrying out regular 121 reviews to assess individual’s performance against our client’s values, providing feedback that ensures continuous improvement
- Continue site improvement projects including relocation & labelling stock checking projects
- Ensuring all stores systems and procedures are followed, whilst understanding the importance of the ISO 9002 requirements.
- Delivering continuous improvement to achieve customer satisfaction through implementing added value initiatives & exceeding customer satisfaction
- Regular review meetings with key stakeholders, while continuing to build and maintain strong relationships
- Adaptable to the changing client demands of the operation & business and where necessary help, manage, and support other operations/ locations
- Internal audits (OPEX) are a large part of the job and ensuring you’re following the following the correct processes to be in the best position to prepare for the audit

**The successful Warehouse Supervisor will have**:

- Strong end to end team management experience
- Delivery of excellent client experience and satisfaction
- Working in a fast-paced environment with responsive action
- Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent IT/Computer Skills (SAP or similar ERP knowledge, MS Excel are desirable)
