Automotive Administrator

An automotive administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Fleet department.

About the Role:

- Assist in the coordination and planning of customer vehicle deliveries and return vehicle collections liaising with the delivery and logistics department to arrange timely delivery of Vehicles.
- Data entry including maintaining up-to-date records of vehicle registrations, and licensing.
- Data cleansing and updating spreadsheets always maintaining accuracy.
- Duties to include what’s listed and in addition to provide support to the Fleet department where needed.
- Working closely with the other departments to ensure smooth operation of the fleet department.

About you:

- Experience in automotive administration or related field
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
