Customer Service Coordinator
We are recruiting an accomplished Customer Service Coordinator for a brand new and exciting role to join a leading business at East Midlands Gateway on a permanent basis working Monday - Friday between 0800 - 1700hrs with an excellent salary 22-25k per annum experiencedependant.
Duties will include;
- Answering calls and responding to all clients in a accurate and timely manner
- Advise customers of different service options along with the related quotations
- Inputting collection and delivery information onto the system accurately
- Working with individual customers systems and carry out all administrative tasks on each account.
- Ensure product weights and pricing are checked and charged correctly to the customer.
- Inputting customers purchase orders and invoicing information accurately.
- Check and process transactions in SAP related to Inventory Management and order processing/fulfilment.
- Coordinate movements of customers products in a timely fashion whilst liaising with internal departments and the client
- Investigate any transaction queries and discrepancies.
- Share ideas and suggestions on continuous improvement.
- Ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health, safety and welfare of you and others.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

What you’ll need;
- Previous success in a customer facing and relationship management role.
- Understanding of stock management.
- Comfortable using Excel, Word, Powerpoint and databases as well as SAP.
- Excellent telephone manager with good written and verbal communication.
- Good numerical skills and record keeping skills.
- Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
- Able to multi-task and prioritise tasks.
- Show the ability to take ownership of an issue, seeing it through from start to finish in a professional manner.
- Understanding of the healthcare market is desirable.
- Driving license is essential.
