Treasury Clerk

Radar Recruitment are exclusively working with one of Kent’s most exciting companies, supporting them in their search for a new Treasury Clerk. Reporting into the UK Financial Controller the Treasury Assistant will be responsible for banking and cash activitiesacross multiple accounts and business units. This role will suit a Treasury specialist or an Accounts Assistant who is skilled in Treasury administration and cash management.

Following significant investment, acquisition and hugely successful planning and strategy we are being tasked with building out the UK Finance team, Radar Recruitment completed "Phase One" of the company’s recruitment earlier this year and the newly appointedindividuals have experienced significant success, resulting in the additional roles we are currently advertising.

As things stand, the role is completely remote, however we anticipate an established office will be available by close of play this year, in or around Maidstone, at which point a hybrid working model will be available. Core hours would be 8 - 5 however thereis flexibility on this to suit personal circumstances.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the centralised Treasury function
- Processing and matching against invoices all bank transactions daily
- Processing of timely payment runs for suppliers
- Processing of ad hoc payments and direct debits
- Month end closing of Treasury / Banks ensuring deadlines are met
- Production of all Bank statements and reconciliation to GL
- Cashflow forecasting to ensure enough funds available
- Continuous improvement of the Treasury processes

**Profile**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in a role either dedicated to, or including Treasury
- Advanced Excel skills - Vlookups, Pivot Tables, SumIFs
- Exposure to ERP systems would be advantageous
- Can demonstrate an ability to work at pace, in a high-volume environment
- Accustomed to building relationships remotely
- Multi-currency experience would be advantageous
- Energetic, proactive and positive personality
