**About the role**

The Reservations Assistant is responsible for the efficient and effective operation for the clinical scheduling of the Theatre and Day case appointments. The role will work as part of the Reservations Team, which will provide administrative support for the clinic and Day Case Unit and will report to the Reservations Lead.

**About you**
- Good standard of general education with GCSE (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
- Experience of working in a public reception environment.
- Experience managing face to face and telephone enquiries of the public/patients.
- Good numeracy, keyboard and computer skills.
- An understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for confidentiality.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
