**The role**:
As a Machine Operative you will be working within a manufacturing environment, the duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

- Adhering to work instructions, standard operating procedures
- Loading and unloading of product, movement around the factory
- Manual handling
- Assembly and Packing work
- To keep workstation neat, tidy, and safe.
- Ensure efficiencies remain high by working to product lead times.

**About you**:
As a Machine Operative you will have the following skills:

- Enthusiastic and highly motivated.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Reliable and trustworthy.
