Procurement Representative

Adecco are recruiting for a Procurement Representative for one of our long-standing, well established clients based in Newport.
- £35,000 per annum
- 5 hours per week
- 29 days holiday + plus bank holidays
- 8am - 4pm
- Temporary ongoing - possibility of permanent

We are looking for
- 3+ years in a Procurement role
- Experience using SAP
- Experience in a buying role, contract management and sourcing activities
- End to end procurement knowledge
- Able to communicate confidently and professionally with both clients and suppliers

Role responsibilities
- Negotiating pricing, terms and conditions effectively to ensure the best deals for the company while also maintaining a quality standard
- Reviewing documentation to ensure accuracy and completion e.g. purchase orders
- Estimation of costs including labour and material costs
- Conducting market research and developing new business opportunities
- Generating reports on all procurement and purchasing activity
