**Recruitment Advisor**

**Bristol / Hybrid / Remote**

**£28k-£32k depending on experience**

**Description**

Our client is a highly ranked, national law firm, which is growing at a considerable pace both in size and stature. It’s an exciting time to be part of the Recruitment team.

The role of Recruitment Advisor will be a brand new addition to support the growth and you will be joining a busy and vibrant team of professional recruiters at the top of their game.

As an advisor in the recruitment team, you will manage the full process for both support and fee-earner vacancies. The roles are spread across 4 national offices and you will work closely with partners/hiring managers to understand their needs and sourceoutstanding talent.

**Team Structure**

As stated, this is a new position in a team that currently consists of
- Recruitment Business Partner
- Senior Recruitment Advisor
- Early Talent Advisor
- Recruitment Administrator

The recruitment team also regularly collaborates on projects with colleagues in the HR team.

**Who are we looking for ?**

**The role - Recruitment Advisor**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for vacancies across the firm's fee earning and business support teams
- Directly resource talent for the firm using all available channels focus on direct advertising and sourcing4
- Develop positive and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies
- Research and build reports and maps of the market and pipelines
- Support the early careers recruiters as required
- Attend meetings and events as required
- Provide support on early careers recruitment activities (e.g. attending university careers events, supporting with assessment centres) at peak times as required
