Bond Williams Accounting & Finance are recruiting a Financial Control Analyst for a manufacturing client based in Weymouth. This would be for approx 30 hours per week with some flexibility offered as to how these are worked and also some hybrid working.
Reporting to the Factory Controlling Manager, you will be involved in a variety of different duties including:

- Supporting the Operational Inventory Valuation
- Reviewing monthly reporting of cost of sales, including the analysis of variances
- The financial forecasting process
- Providing feedback and variance analysis
- The annual budget
- Providing monthly product revenue, margin, cost analysis and key customer profitability
- Performing active review of business KPIs to influence and drive improvements
- Experience of working in a finance department in a similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Experience of working with ERP and Business reporting systems
- Strong analytical skills, must be able to solve problems by analysing data, identifying root causes and proposing workable solutions.
- Able to manage own time and workload to deliver against agreed targets, set both on short and medium timescales.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively face to face, in writing and on the telephone with people at various levels in an international organisation.
- Possess drive and enthusiasm while undertaking routine tasks.
- Able to achieve goals/ objectives as an individual and also in a team environment
