Retrofit Assessor

I am working with a well-established company based in Wales who are looking to bring on an experienced Retrofit Assessor. This company is looking for someone to come in ASAP and get started on some retrofit assessments. You will have a full diary that will be managed by the company itself. Given the large area of Wales, you would be required to travel for this role so willingness to travel is essential

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Attending pre-scheduled jobs.
- Conducting accurate and in-depth retrofit assessments.
- Maintaining and completing paperwork within project time frames.
- Making sure the property occupier is comfortable through good customer service.
- Level 4 in Retrofit Assessment (required)
- Level 3 in Domestic Energy Assessment (required)
- Communication skills (required)
- Willingness to travel (required)
- Good floor plans (required)
