We want to talk to experienced Business Development Managers who are looking for their next role within the logistics business.

You will be responsible for business growth and developing sales opportunities within the London region of the UK within the freight forwarding arena.

Working within Air and Ocean Freight you will manage your own diary to develop new business and maintain good relationships with your current customers to maximise sales opportunities.

Developing sales and marketing plans, visiting customers, providing quotations and providing competitive options to businesses across a range of services

You will be able to work on our own initiative, build relationships, enjoy meeting with customers and following up and closing new leads via phone, social media and in person.

You will be responsible for producing sales reports have the ability to source sales leads from a mixture of warm and cold calling, someone who has a track record that can be demonstrated, working closely with the sales director.

Knowledge of multi modal freight forwarding or logistics or experience in Ocean, Air or Road Freight is essential.

In return you will receive a competitive basic salary, car or car allowance, commission and the autonomy to work at home or on the road as required with an occasional visit into the office.
